Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily refund or replace it. Just send us photos of the item and a brief explanation to ms9clothing@gmail.com, and we’ll take care of it.
Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods like food or flowers, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We also cannot accept returns for digital products, downloadable software, or certain health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we’ll need proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt.
There may be situations where only a partial refund is granted. This can happen if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Opened CDs, DVDs, games, vinyl records or other media also may not be fully refunded if used.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received your item and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 10 working days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check your bank account again, contact your card provider, and speak to your bank as it may take time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at ms9clothing@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are not refundable.
Exchanges
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Whether the product is faulty or simply not quite right, contact us at ms9clothing@gmail.com and we’ll help you arrange the swap.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the item is returned and processed, we’ll send you a gift card via email. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
If you’re returning an item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over £25. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at ms9clothing@gmail.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel or amend it. Once shipped, we cannot cancel it.
If the order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel, you may return it upon delivery. A 10% cancellation fee will apply in these cases, but this fee will be refunded if you decide to keep the item or return it in good condition.
If you want to change your order, contact us quickly. If it hasn’t been shipped, we’ll do everything we can to update it. If it has shipped, we won’t be able to change it, but you are still welcome to return the item once it arrives.
